What is the maximum data size of each photo that I can upload?
The maximum size is 200KB.
If your photos are larger than this in data size you can obtain a free image editing program at www.irfanview.com
that you can use to resize and / or optimise the data size of each photo.
What types of images can I upload to my Ad?
All photos must be of the usual file type - jpg or jpeg.
Photos in gif, bmp or png format will not be accepted.
What size will the photos be in my Ad?
Photos larger than 600 pixels wide or 450 pixels high will be resized to be a maximum of 600 pixels wide or 450 pixels high,
which provides a large size to show your Property to the best advantage.
How long will my Ad run?
Your Ad will run for 1 year or until you choose to login and delete it.
If you need to renew your Ad you can renew it each year for Free until your property is sold.
A reminder email will be sent to the email address you have provided 30 days
before the expiry date to remind you to login to renew your Ad.
If I don't remember to renew my Ad and its already expired will I need to create a new Ad from scratch,
and if it was a paid Ad will I need to pay for the new Ad?
Yes and yes.
Is it important to keep my contact email address up to date?
Yes, if you change your email address its important to login to update your contact email address so that
you can still receive a reminder email to renew your Ad.
